Actually, MUDs do have business logic, its just a different type of
business. They have defined dependencies and interactions between
database items, volatile data types which cause reflective updates in
other data systesm, policies which need to be enforced on the data and
external inputs, reactive systems which respond to state changes or
inputs, etc etc etc.
Truth to tell, there is extrmely little difference from a data-centric
perspective between a MUD and a standard business application.
