I flood-fill, very literally. I typically average 20 - 30 open
netscape windows at any one time, and often more. My standard
browsing technique is to middle-click (open new window) on every link
on a page that looks interesting, and whenever I find a search
feature, to open new windows on it with the results of every
interesting search setting I can think of then. Flood fill.
I found this site thru a tangled weave. SlashDot referenced an artcle
at InfoWorld on Linux, which in turn referenced another article at
<forget zine> on Open Source, which in turn referenced an article at
Utne reader on Open Source, and Utne Reader turned out to host forums
and to have a search feature, which in turn revealed the existence of
the Suite101 forum hoster which also has a search feature.... Click
click click click -- lotsa windows open and an interesting looking
match at Suite101 for "MUD".

I went thru his entire article base. Mostly unremarkable, if quite
articulate for a teen. The article I posted seemed the most
provocative.
Unfortunately his email address is hidden and Suite101 requires
membership before posting to their discussions, or I would have
pointed him at MUD-Dev.
